Roe V. Wade to be overturned according to leaked SCOTUS draft

A lot of that restriction has been eroded away over the centuries by SCOTUS rulings saying that basically everything is interstate commerce, but abortion definitely isn't covered by that.

I think the cracks are showing in how our government is structured vs how America functions today. We're not a loose association of states with a weak, toothless federal government, nor is that what a majority of people want.

The Constitution was written for a completely different country and world than we exist in today and really needs to be shredded and rewritten with a stronger federal government and a parliament ILO the Senate, which gives disproportionate power to sparsely populated states. That will never happen without a war.
