alright so it seems that I have terrible memory. I went through a purging phase where I cleaned up my computer of everything. I did them one after another in order to know what solved my issue. At one point I updated the BIOS and at another point, I uninstalled armoury crate. But before uninstalling armoury crate I already noticed that my issue was gone and I now remember that i knew it was the BIOS update that solved the problem. But for some reason when replying to you, my brain messed up and I thought it was armoury crate.

Anyways, about a week ago I upgraded to windows 11 and the problem came again. I ran more tests and then I found out that windows updates can actually modify the BIOS. So today, I went back to the ASUS website, download the BIOS update and after that, I'm having no issues whatsoever.

tldr:
