The fact that you guys don’t understand their point shows just how big of a disconnect there is between the two sides. I love Reddit but this kind of extremely partisan thinking bouncing around this echo chamber disguised as a “world news” subreddit is a little troubling.

It pains me to think that people from outside the USA come here for actual news. Yikes.

I have no sympathy for Stone but the folks over at T_D aren’t totally wrong when they say this was a witch hunt. He is being convicted for crimes totally unrelated to the “Trump/Russia collusion” issue that brought him into the spotlight to begin with. Most in Washington have gotten away with far worse.

The fact that he’s being portrayed as some type of national traitor in this subreddit for committing procedural violations is both ignorant and laughable. Just shows how far this subreddit is from reality sadly. :/
