Roommate's unemployed boyfriend is always here, even when she's not

Like I said, if she SAID that I wouldn't mind so much. Also, to be clear, it's not like I do nothing, and for an attic room with no power to it, I still pay minimum of $160/month, plus half the groceries, food for her cat, and do most of the cooking.

She has BPD and I've spent multiple nights up late with her while she has a breakdown. I picked her up from a city two hours away when she got in a car wreck. She had a concussion from the wreck, I took her to the hospital and took care of her. She got strep, I took her to urgent care and then the ER a week later.

When I moved in, the house was hoarder-level trashed. I'm talking dead mouse on the kitchen counter buried in dirty dishes, "Oh! That's where that smell was coming from!" I cleaned and organized the place a week before moving in. If I had done that for someone else and charged them minimum wage, let alone what a professional cleaner would have charged, I'd easily have paid several months rent with that work.

With the on-paper finances, my living situation is incredible. But it's not all sunshine and roses. Don't just assume my roommate does everything for me, that's incredibly insulting. I didn't want to type all this out in the original post because I didn't want to come off as defensive but I guess now I'll add it.
