ROOT Causes of our problems

This is bs. The bacteria we have in out gut is anareorbic

So I can personally attest to the fact that it's not just gut bacteria that cause problems but yeast which, when overgrown, crowds out good bacteria and causes a whole host of problems. Yeast feeds off of simple carbs like sugar exclusively.

This yeast (specifically candida) is oftentimes responsible for damage to the gut lining causing leaky gut. If you look up the symptoms of leaky gut or candida overgrowth (which include the symptoms OP mentioned--low-testosterone, slightly autistic, depressed) or if you've ever taken antibiotics and didn't restore gut bacteria with a probiotic afterwards, I highly recommend you try a 3-day candida cleanse.

Magnesium and zinc are depleted in the body by your immune system fighting candida (both in the gut and bloodstream). Magnesium is responsible for keeping anxiety in check, zinc is critical for testosterone production, and both are necessary for keeping healthy neurotransmitter levels.
