I'll start by trying to predict your past. Your chart has mars in the 4th house. This often times signifies a lot of fighting with your mother. One of the positives about this placement is the universe is encouraging you to travel. You will find that you will be happier the further away you move from your birth place. Your moon is also in scorpio. Moon represents the mother, and scorpio is where it is debilitated. This shows a lot of issues/power struggles with your mother in your childhood.

One thing I noticed about your chart, is that you are currently going through a sade-sati. A sade-sati is 7 years of very difficult times, and it happens 3 times in a persons life-time. You are currently right in the middle of this time period, which is called "the dhaiya", or "the peak". The peak of the sade-sati is the most difficult portion. Did you notice times got especially difficult since November, 2014? Then in the winter did things escalate? Possibly a break-up?
