[Routine Help] bumpy/rough skin with large pores

I have constant small-medium acne on my upper cheeks, big pores and overall bumpy skin. My skin type is oily.

A bit of backstory: I used to have severe breakouts on my forehead but now nearly all of them have disappeared but now it seems to have spread to my upper cheeks. After a year or two after my forehead acne disappeared I used Exfoliating cleansers on my face which really dried out my skin and I barely used sunscreen/moisturizer which made my skin quite bad so around a month and half ago I found this subreddit and started to follow this simple routine.

My current routine is

AM:

Cerave Hydrating Facial Cleanser

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel

Kao Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence Sunscreen

PM:

Cerave Hydrating Facial Cleanser

CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion PM
