Diane 35 is great for acne. I don’t have much advice and most of it likely applied to every other contraceptive pill so I’ll just stick to mentioning that it has a slightly higher risk of blood clot. Not to the point where you should be scared, but just make sure you’re paying extra care to move around a bit when on long journeys etc. and if you develop migraine, especially migraine with aura, or if you already have migraine without aura and you start getting auras or they start increasing in frequency, make sure to tell your doctor.

As for the biacna, make sure you are consistent. Obviously you have to start slow because it is tret, but avoid skipping a week and coming back for a couple days only to skip more. Sporadic use of antibiotics contributes to antibiotic resistance which will mean the treatment is less useful for you.
