Royal Brunei Airlines wet leases aircraft from Hi Fly to operate Melbourne route

Honestly, was pretty disappointed. Everyone around me was complaining. Loud plane, my screen inverted (with no apology, just said it was broken and try another seat), staff didnt really care (steward was playing games at the back and didnt give water til its finished), a joke of entertainment selections, forgot to switch off the seatbelt sign throughout (after one short turbulent time at the beginning) among many, many other issues.

No prior notice, tbh, didn't get what you paid for. First time I actually wished there was a Bruneian crew under proper RBA standards.

But to be fair, the leading stewards did try their best to keep everything in-line.
