Pretty convinced Nvidia has no intention of even selling FEs, they just made a handful for reviewers/streamers/youtubers. They just made them for review/hype/marketing purposes with an expensive cooler and the best binned chips and an attractive MSRP to woo reviewers/streamers/youtubers to market for them. And it worked, as usual. Now that all the hype is built they are happy to sit back and let AIBs sell the cards, which will become more and more inflated in price due to artificial scarcity that this paper launch clearly showed off. Expect these AIB cards to come back in stock in the next few months but mysteriously a $100~ more due to "covid stock issues", while Nvidia gets to pretend they're the good guys "hey our card is MSRP, we didn't lie, can't control what these AIBs and retailers do!". Expect to know almost no one who isn't a youtuber/reviewer to ever actually have a FE. I haven't found a single person who actually said they got a FE from Nvidias site, I was spam refreshing and never even saw an option to buy before it was "out of stock". I bet they didn't even sell any, just a scam... MSRP will be a lie once again, the MSRP FE will be perma out of stock will AIB prices will be inflated to high heaven.
