Is Ruby Dixon a real person?

I still don't believe though.

All her covers are credited to Katie Wilde, she has a bunch of series with each of the pen names credited a book each, etc. Her personal Facebook group is focused on all of these pen names, andd they have cross-advertised on pretty much every single back-matter. Plus, Katie is referred and thanked by Ruby on almost every single book, meaning multiple times a year. All of their covers follow the same style pattern, seem to have been made by the same person.

I'm well familiar with self-publishing and marketing in the genre, as well as with Ruby Dixon's books. I've lost count, over 40 for sure, probably close to 50, and I'm a very slow reader. So I feel like I have some authority in saying this:

Ruby Dixon is just the pen name that struck gold, because it is the pen name that writes more Fantasy and Scifi Romance. It is really really common for a writer to have multiple pen names. There's a reason why the other pen names arent popular and publish way way less. All their other ones are focused on other niches, none writes in the Fantasy and Scifi genres, because that is exclusively for the Ruby Dixon pen name.

Ruby probably won't outright admitt it because the "lie" is already well too cemented and well-documented (I'm putting "lie" between "" because I don't think it is harmful or a bad thing). I don't blame her for that, I might do the same. If she admitted it would be admitting to "lying" for many years to her thousands and thousands of readers, who are very faithful. Her business is very successful, she would should not do anything that could jeopardize that. So she keeps it up. Which is absolutely fine, it's her life and not immoral or wrong to have multiple pen names and cross-market, it is actually really smart and I admire her for that. It is part of the self-publishing business and totally alright.
