Theres a couple ways I know of that you could go about this.

Answer 1:Consciousness and identity are just features and functions of a particular human body, so any clones will necessarily have a different identity. This answer is very common sense but it also has interesting implications.Since human bodies age and change you kind of need to accept that there isnt a "real you" at all and your identity as yourself is just a snaphot of your body at a particular time and place.

Answer 2: Identity is made up of information. Your identity is the information of how your body and mind work. Sort of a precise math equation with instructions telling someone "here's how to build a me" And since information doesn't need your body to exist, there is in fact an infinite number of you, and all of them are real even if only some of them exist physically.
