Indian national TV and political rhetoric has been quite negative of the war and the West from the beginning even before the oil and gas embargo. Just say it loud and clear that you want a better deal or the status quo won’t change. Don’t drive division between everyday people with convoluted wording, it only drives tensions and swells into racial divide. it takes two to tango, did it not start with a once off purchase to Russia, became a potential contractual deal, then justified as “Look at Europe”, then Europe pushes back with “we are trying to stop”, then throw in some USA back and forth because of historical issues… it’s spiralling out of control.

I’m not saying India is at fault for looking for a good deal, people need to start thinking instead of pushing their governments agendas in everyday life. Government is going to secure a good deal regardless of what we morally want. If I were to do the same I’d be carrying coal around with me 24/7 and shitting myself in a McDonalds (facts, SCOMO shat himself in a McDonalds)
