Russia says it won't accept oil price cap and is preparing response

Russia is obviously not doing great, but neither is anyone else. Having a worldnews forum that is in effect an echochamber for U.S./European propaganda is no better than disseminating Russian propaganda.

Europe is already buying Russian oil from third parties at an inflated rate and wants to get it cheaper, Russias response to this is obviously no. Russia has nothing to lose at this point, Europe needs oil and will need gas next year...The U.S. is not going to continue to supply Europe indefinitely with natural gas. The war between Ukraine and Russia has no end in sight and will continue on for years. The war between Ukraine and Russia didnt just start, its been going on for the past decade, and will likely continue on for at least just as long unless there is a diplomatic effort to resolve the situation.
