Russian Defense Ministry: Syria's Kurdish autonomous administration is unable to protect the population after it lost US support

It seems to be a pro-Turkish talking point to point towards a friendship with Russia. How does that even make sense? Turkey is a member of NATO, that very fact alone pushes them away from the Russians. Also how have the two recently shown their friendship? They had no diplomatic relations for two years after the Turks shutdown that Russian plane. I can't actually think of a single foreign policy issue where the two agree and dozens where they class such as the whole Azerbaijan-Armenia problem. Russia is pro-Hafter, Turkey is pro-Tripoli, Russia is Pro-Sisi, Turkey is pro-Morsi, Turkey is pro-Hadi, Russia is pro-Houthi

Also how is Turkey even contributing in a positive way to NATO? Erdo referred to the Dutch Parliament as Nazi's, they Turkish Airforce keep bullying Greece and are unwilling to tow the line, when it comes to NATO policy. Turkey is acting more and more like a regional NATO-ally than a full-fledged NATO-member.
