Russian-funded Facebook ads backed Stein, Sanders and Trump

"You're being divisive by calling out their divisive behavior!"

See, this is what bothers me. I've said time and time again, that it is the labeling, not the calling out, that is an issue. The construction of an out-group that can then be generalized and dismissed, that is what I consider to be sectarian. That's the very definition of it. I don't consider calling out negative behavior sectarian at all.

I've never argued against going after the behaviors, not once. You should call out people who act in sexist or misogynistic ways. Just as I'm pointing out and addressing your behaviors which I believe to be sectarian, while having never labeled you or constructed a group for you to be a part of.

And yet, you've missed that point entirely, almost willfully or maybe you just haven't been reading my comments closely. Maybe you think I'm a "Bernie Bro" and I'm part of the out-group that you've already decided you don't like. Maybe that's why it's so easy to look past my point. And if so, maybe if you take a second you can see why that's so destructive to building a strong left.
