There is no way Ukraine comes out on top now. Ukraine is arming its local population to fight Russia and if Russia suffers heavy losses.Russia will decides to not differentiate between civilians and military personnel they will not restrict their fire. Best case scenario Ukrainian recive heavy military equipment which would mean heavy losses on both side but totalling of entire civilian infrastructure on Ukrainias side. Which will lead to quality of life dropping significantly couple it with an armed population which at one point will turn on each other and US can add another Afghanistan ribbon to its belt.

All the glorification of dying for your country sounds good but nobody does this. Live to fight another day. Ukraine tho I wish nothing but the very best for them lacks cool heads to think straight.
