Russians already meddling in US midterms, Tillerson says

Yes, they will buy more Facebook ads that "reach 120+ million Americans.". Boy, that's a lot. That's like, 40 percent of America. And only 58 percent of American adults use Facebook, and that's not including all the Americans who ages 0-10 and most likely aren't on Facebook at all. So based on what they're saying, it seems like roughly everyone on Facebook must have seen Russian facebook ads. It's funny, cause I don't remember seeing any pro-Trump ads, let alone ads that resembled these examples of Russian ads we've seen in the news recently. If what they're saying is true, wouldn't everyone have been constantly complaining about how Facebook had become a giant cesspool of targeted pro-Trump ads? I didn't hear anything like that. What's going on here? They aren't just trying to paint a narrative, are they?
