You have no idea what you’re talking about. Sure you can remain silent the entire time. And I agree you should never speak to the police without a lawyer present. But not defending yourself, in a case like this where you’re main defence would be self defence is a bad idea, I wouldn’t recommend. But I feel like we have a fundamental misunderstanding here. You seem to think I’m saying you will be convicted. I’m not saying that, you would likely win this case. I’m just saying, the crown WILL charge you, and they WILL make a case based on your reason to own these items in the first place, and you WILL have to defend yourself in some way. And regardless of wether you win or not, that will be very expensive, so be aware of the risks
