It’s been over 6 months since the release of TLJ. Have you changed your stance on the film, or took a harder stance?

For me I think in terms of storytelling it’s the best Star Wars film there is. It actually has something to say, there’s themes and ideas that Johnson gets across in a really effective way, at least in my opinion. Something I find strange with the complaints is how those same complaints could be applied to the original trilogy. 1) Snoke getting killed with no backstory. Same thing happened to Palpatine (until the prequels) 2) Phasma getting killed “after not doing anything” is the same as boba fett, but at least Phasmas demise was the means for Finns arc to be complete. All in all I think it’s honestly fantastic, people need to stop holding their nostalgias in such high regard, let things develop and change.
