It’s a people dog….

You approached a dog that you didn’t know and put your hand in its face? I think sometimes we forget that dogs don’t understand human interaction the same way we do. You approached the dogs owner and put your hand in the dog’s face, then say “I’ve got that on camera” like you did nothing to provoke that. She was just walking her dog, minding her own business and you put your hand in the dog’s face without asking. I have a trained dog who’s been around people her whole life. She would have snapped at this guy if he approached her like that. There are appropriate ways to approach an animal and this is not it. It boils my blood how you try to blame it on her.
