It’s that time of the year again

I'm not American, we don't have that company here. I was in a company that works with metal, I quit and I got into another one later. You can't just throw away a very good job, but you can throw away a common job at some chain restaurant. Saying that I was in a place of privilege was bs, because having an awesome job could be a reason to not quit, if anything. In both situations: Morals. If they really don't fit you, especially if they actively pay money to help things get done which are morally absolutely inacceptable to you, I believe that you have to quit. Everybody can decide for themselves, but saying that "it's just the company, not the employees" is bs. Just don't work for those assholes. There are plenty jobs like those that they offer. Those are common, shitty jobs, sometimes offered by absolutely shitty people. If you're gonna do some shitty work for some company, at least don't sell your morals, too.
