It’s a Wage Shortage

LMAO I stopped reading after you said you think econometrics and calculus are the mathematical underpinnings of this subject. I literally goaded you into searching my terms and trying to sound smart based on the results and you performed as brilliantly as expected.

For what it's worth, dumbass, different mathematical tools are the foundations of different areas economic research. All of them rely on calculus and statistics/econometrics, but those are pre-requisites, not foundations. You learn calculus so you can try to learn measure theory and functional analysis for econ, and econometrics is just a word to keep econ students from being scared of stats as it gets more advanced. You're a scrub. It's ok. Get over it.
