I will say only this, a large dog of any breed will see a toddler as prey. It doesn’t matter. St Bernard’s, Mastiffs, Great Danes, they will see children as prey because they are smaller animals than them. My mother lost a good family friend because she wouldn’t let me come over while their pit bull was around (yes I’m aware it was a pitbull) I have met many pit bulls in my life and they where the sweetest boys and girls I’ve ever met. A dog is a dog and they have instincts. If you let your small child or anyone’s small child around your large dog breed you are an asshole. That also being said I completely and totally agree with the euthanasia of these two monsters.
