Though I’m female, I feel like I can maybe answer this somewhat. As someone who’s had an injury that pretty much took out/separated my perineum, though going in the other direction downward toward my rectum, I’d say that’s not completely safe to do. I get where you’re doing that, and it’s not exactly the same or same structures underneath, but you’re poking into an area not meant to be poked like that, deeply, or penetrated.

But if there’s no pain, then maybe it isn’t causing any damage? Don’t use any super pointy ended dildos or vibrators. Probably best to skip vibrators too, because they can make you numb there and you might not feel if an injury happens. If you’re gentle enough, it might be okay.
