Safety of Two Bridges/LES?

I know it’s by some projects

i live in one of the projects along madison. walking next to the projects is fine but don't try actually coming in here late at night. worst area you'll come across is the bodegas at the east broadway station, which is also on madison in front of rutgers houses. not the kind of place you'll get checked, but just carry your disposition a bit better you feel me?

used to love 169 Bar when I was younger, and have been meaning to check out Ernesto’s

i don't drink but there's some bars around here, some are in weird areas though like that one under the fdr a few blocks up from industry kitchen. never heard anything bad about them, but idk i just smoke mad weed.

Also, would appreciate anyone’s thoughts on the parking situation

meter maids don't come around here at night so you won't get ticketed, but it's also kind of a free-for-all. just don't park like an asshole and you'll be fine. best advice i can think of is do NOT park under the manhattan bridge on cherry and pike. your windows will get smashed and your valuables will be stolen.

it's usually pretty quiet, even in places with lots of foot traffic. or at least, as quiet as you can reasonably expect manhattan to be. good luck!
