It is said "You don't get to choose who you fall for. Usually, it just happens all on its own." How is your SO different from what you always thought you wanted in your future partner?

i never had a "type", but never in my wildest dreams would i have imagined i'd fall for someone like my guy. he's older than me (10+ gap), from a country i used to be very judgemental about but is now somewhere i could see myself living in, blond with blue eyes (okay, very dark blond, almost light brown if you're asking him lol), owns 2 cats (i never wanted animals but his cats are so fucking amazing so i might change my mind), is a bit nerdy and overall has very cool hobbies i didn't even know about...

idk, it's just crazy when i think about it. i never actually imagined what the guy i would fall for would be like, but he exceeds all possible expectations and is just such an amazing person. he's literally perfect, even his imperfections are endearing and i'm so, so lucky and i'm not letting him go!
