Socioeconomically disadvantaged is vague. You should clarify what you mean by that before you label the majority of Black people that. Especially when just being black doesn't make you disadvantaged. How much money does a black person need to make to be considered advantaged, neither, and disadvantaged? Here are some stats. https://data.census.gov/table?q=S0201

Median: Family income $82k Income per person: $38k ($19/hr)

(At $19, if you haven't been trapped by somebody's bad decisions, I'm willing to bet that there is at least 1 way for you increase your income. Black people are more likely to see this as neutral ground, and therefore doable. N*****s are more likely to mess this situation up or stagnate.)
