Socioeconomically disadvantaged is vague. You should clarify what you mean by that before you label the majority of Black people that. Especially when just being black doesn't make you disadvantaged. (At $19, if you haven't been trapped by somebody's bad decisions, I'm willing to bet that there is at least 1 way for you increase your income. Black people are more likely to see this as neutral ground, and therefore doable. N*****s are more likely to mess this situation up or stagnate.)
