its a good point, there seems to be an almost phobia of developing talent in NA, teams are so caught up in finding that next big talent that they lose sight of why they recruited what they already have.

its a point that could arguably be extended to esports in general (very generally) for most regions.

The players and orgs are young and inexperienced. When it comes to talent development you could argue the vast majority of esports teams in any region, in any game, have non-existent or bad player development.

But i guess this is more an issue with money in the scene, there still isnt enough funds to bloat teams out with support staff.

High risk and moderate reward, teams need results now, if they have a bad 6 to 12 months they may go under.
