Do salesman tend to not like selling Ford AXDZ plan?

As others have said here as long as the customer understands it is a "set" price and not a starting point. For the most part the dealerships I work with love enabling the AXDZ plan in our solution when we get started with them. Forward thinking "progressive" dealerships and will want to sell you a car any which way they can.

Also, some dealerships and have incentives to hit so don't mind taking a slight loss on a deal to hit a volume goal. "Stair-step programs are basically incentives to dealers that are tied to sales quotas. These quotas are generally based on prior sales, but this can vary. The key point is that the quotas are usually different for each dealership."
