A couple years ago sam seder ordered a meatball sub at my work and he asked specifically for square provolone(?), I don't know if it was a kosher thing or OCD but the kid on the register was yeah whatever. He just hit the american cheese button because american is square and didn't say anything so I started to make it. It's an open kitchen so he was watching me and as soon as I put a slice on he says,"hey! Is that provolone?) I say "um.. no, but I'll give you provolone" so I replace the slice with a standard piece of circular provolone, he catches me right away and tells me to reshape the cheese but cutting the edges into 4 right angles and do it with all the cheese. He wasn't a dick about it but he wasn't cool either. Then a year later I realise he has almost a full quarter the youtube subs of Joe Rogan so that's a decent sized channel
