Ring Ring.... Hillary opens the front door Hillary:"Bernie, it's so good to see you. Your'e a bit early though. Didn't we agree to meet at noon?"
Sanders: "Well Hillary, I am so excited about the opportunity to talk about your progressive roots, ideas, platform, and ways I can help strengthen the Democratic party to help middle class & working families and not just the 1%; so I decided to come early if you don't mind?"
Clinton: "Of course Bernie. Come on in. Could you wait in the hallway while I clean up my office. It's such a mess right now with books, paperwork, and classified emails...I mean certified emails ,so you wait here and I'll be right back."
Comes back 20 minutes later
Clinton:"Come on in Bernie"
40 minutes into the meeting
Bernie:"Hillary I must admit, you have impressed me with your knowledge of progressivism and your change of stances on key issues to incorporate progressive values. I now know my supporters will be very excited and eager to campaign on your behalf to defeat Donald Trump."
Hillary:"Like I said in the debates, I am a progressive. I think you and the media don't give me enough credit for being truthful and principled sometimes. Don't you think so?
Bernie and Hillary laugh for several seconds to only be interrupted by noise coming from the closet
"Brrrnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnntttttttttttt.......pbtpbtpbtpbtpbtpbtpbt" Female voice: "Chris!"
Bernie:"Did you hear that? It sounded like it came from this room. I think I even heard the name Chris."
Hillary:"I left the TV on upstairs to mute and my cat must of quickly muted and unmuted the program....actually the show that was airing. I was before actually watching reruns of my favorite black tv show Everybody Hates Chris. Never mind that though, let's continue our productive conversation about the issue of stealing your voters... I mean persuading young voters through a progressive platform."
