Sanders' 'Radical Goal'; At Least $60,000/Year for 'Every Teacher in America'

Good god, the thought of going through the work and expense of a PhD and to then be willing to take a $60k/year job with no major growth outlook boggles my mind...

Teachers deserve far more than the receive. My brother (who is 10 years older) and I both went to Cal Poly. He ended up getting a masters from Stanford, too. He's an AP English teacher making ~$65k (been teaching for ~20 years now). I'm an analyst in the win industry at around $90k (just entered the industry last year).

How pay and an employees value are determined is just sickening sometimes. Then I look at the sales people, and what they make, at most companies and become angry on top of being sickened....
