If he had really moved to Monaco because he doesn't trust the Serbian government with his money (a goverment to which he has close connections, by the way), he could simply donate as much as he is saving in taxes, like I already said. He's only donating a small part of it.

It's awfully convenient to use corruption as an excuse to pay ZERO taxes in your country (as if corruption literally ate 100% of the national budget), while the rest of us idiots pay them because we don't have the money or the connections to set up shop in Monaco.
