First let me say I’m sorry, you’re not alone. I often think that the hardest part about living with sarcoidosis is there is no normal course of the disease. It can involve any organ system and the symptoms for each person are often completely unique. While I understand lung and stomach involvement on a personal level, I haven’t dealt with memory issues. The only advice I can give is to practice good self care, report changes to your doctor, if you don’t already have one get a therapist you can talk to about having a chronic disease, and then maybe try some of the memory building exercises recommended to those at risk of Alzheimer’s, crossword puzzles, sudoku, learning a foreign language.
