Why (possibly) you have a hard time understanding?
She's a big match performer, it was never really her promos and 'TV' matches that got her over in NXT (it's her taking sick ass bumps and making children cry). She's yet to have her big match on the main roster so we've yet to see her at her best. That being said, even when we only look at main roster matches, only Charlotte has a higher avg. WON rating per match (by .2) but Banks has never had a title match. BTW Her avg. just using NXT is 4.04; to give some perspective, there was one 4 star Women's match under WWE before she joined the NXT title picture, she put out 5 consecutive in 2015 and then dipped to the main roster.
It also doesn't help that they change how they present her every couple months. They want her to get a babyface pop at Mania so we're going this route, and then will most likely switch her again once they want her to feud w/ the babyfaces. That won't be too bad as she's best when she's stomping heads, breaking hands, and making little girls cry.
