Saskatoon coop strike!!!

Alright, maybe I do not fully understand stocking as a job, I had thought that a 9-5 stocker was different to the guy working the back, could you explain a little more. I may have been mistaken in union and how they work but as far as I understand, you need to be with the company for a certain amount of time to go up to the next level, different positions doesn't mean anything if its time gated. And working in a bakery/bakery is also part of the trades.... Im not shitting on the guy making 13 bucks an hour cutting meat, I think he should be paid more. Im shitting on the guy who is a cashier in the front moving money around or the guy greeting you at the door or the guy bagging. Important jobs? Bagging not so much but cashier yes. Easy jobs? Im not to sure but it seem like quick mathwork. Heavy lifting is the brunt end of any labourer job.
