To be fair, it's not like Sasuke ever thought much of Naruto in Shippuden either. Before Sasuke leaves, I would say he treated Naruto/Sakura the same because he also paid attention to Sakura like the time she felt insecure before the Chunin Exams and he was shown to care for her inthe Forest of Death/Gaara fight. She's the only one he thanks too. But then after he leaves, his whole relationship with Naruto is given importance and he focused on Itachi throughout all of Shippuden.

Sakura was basically shafted in Shippuden in general. Yamato was just an irrelevant side character and even he found out about why Itachi killed the Uchiha while Sakura never did (on-screen).
