Samaritans look like Jews, speak Hebrew, practice a religion that is practically identical to Judaism, call the Jews their "brothers" and both the Jews and themselves "Bnei Yisrael" and call Palestinians "the Arabs".

If the IDF ever left the Kiryat Luza area, we'll see how well the Samaritans are treated, the "Palestinian Jews" as they are called there are still too "Jewish" for them ultimately. The only reason they're all in Kiryat Luza with the IDF presence to begin with is because they were practically driven out of "Nablus" (Shechem) during the first intifada.

I'm sure they also appreciate the torching and desecration of their second holiest site (Qever Yosef) by the residents of Nablus or the re-appropriation of their site (and also one of the holiest sites for the Jews) into some fake shrine for some nobody sheikh Yusef Al-Dwaik.
