Saw these lights tonight in AZ! They look just like the Phoenix lights. What do you guys think?

Something is going on in AZ, because on New Years me and a few friends observed what looked to be like a connected line of lights all twinkling similar to what would be a star, but they floated over us for a good 2min and we concluded they must have been about 50 or so feet above us, not at all a star or plane, not to mention the fact they were moving, silently, in unison, and changing directions in synchronization like a snake when it slithers. It gave us all this deep, odd feeling similar to dread and shock. It was kind of extremely off-putting because there at least 20 different lights in the line.

It is not at all what we see here, but I live in the area and I too have noticed very weird happens occur in the sky since Christmas, specifically.
