SB - 64: Teaching someone how to shoot will now be a felony. Going to the range in groups will now be a felony. Holy shit.

I don't know why more people aren't understanding this. The way the state is moving, they aren't going towards a situation where things are "just" and "fair", but they are installing policies and laws that are simply designed from the beginning to be political weapons, where even if 1 out of 10 cases were to lawyer up and beat the system, the other 9 who don't have the resources and just fold to the almighty power of the state are the ones they care about in the first place.

Class 5? Oh, you're facing jail time buddy. Don't have a good lawyer?

Shiiiit fool, we gotchu -just plead down to a class 6, and we have it on good authority from the commonwealth's attorney you won't even see the inside of a jail, you'll just pay a fine and do some community service... Hell, you'll probably still even get to vote!

It's really not that big of a deal! At least, not compared to the jail time you'll definitely see if you DON'T take a deal!

What's that? Oh, your gun rights? Nah, dog, you'll have to forfeit those man. We can't have you out here running a militia that might form against the state.
