(SC) Trying to use SCRA rights to get out of a car loan, but customer service doesn't speak fluent english.

No, it wouldn't be a repossession-- as that implies (in my mind at least, and I haven't seen that word used in other instances of this that I've looked up) that I can't make the payments and I'm defaulting. My question is how to properly use the protections given to me by the SCRA, which allows me to terminate my loan and return my car within 15 days due to deployment. I'm wondering where to return the vehicle before I send the letter, because the lienholder has not been answering that question due to customer service reps not understanding what the SCRA is, because of a language barrier.

As far as I have seen, what value the car has left is irrelevant-- it is a termination of the loan due to military service, so more of a "forgiveness" is the best way I can describe it. I'd recommend googling SCRA as it would explain it much better than I'm probably doing right now, haha.
