Today I tried to withdraw my $15 (which is basically everything I have) and I didn't know that the escrow thing was already enabled. The trade got locked for 3 days but since I haven't enabled my steam authenticator yet and I would have to do it anyway I decided to get my balance back on the fanobet and just keep it to make more bets on incoming ESL Pro League matches.
Obviously I was scared to cancel the bet through escrow, so I contacted their customer support at first. "Simon Beckett" from their support told me that If I cancel the offer by escrow I would receive 7 day trading ban (which I agreed to since I would have to enable the authenticator anyway) but he also told me that I should get the balance back on fanobet.
I waited over 1 hour, and my fanobet withdrawal request got bugged. My offer from fanobet is already declined by me through escrow and I still haven't received my balance back.
I tried to contact their support again, and I used to talk with "Tom" who didn't seem to care at all, he just told me that I WOULD PROBABLY GET THE BALANCE BACK in 3 days. Like what the fuck? It's not like they can't fix this issue just by cancelling the withdraw and giving my money back. Also why would I actually get the balance back after 3 days? This guy doesn't seems to understand how the escrow works, and since the offer is already declined by me and it's not being held by steam it should work instantly. It's definitely a bug with their site.
If the only way to get your issues fixed is by making a posts on this subreddit, can I get my problem finally fixed Mr. /u/fanobet_admin

I made a withdraw attempt of my money from fanobet, then the trade got locked for 3 days. I cancelled the trade offer through escrow thing to get my balance back on fanobet so I could keep betting on ESL tournament. After cancelling my offer I still haven't received my balance back and their site shows that I have 1 pending offer which I already declined long time ago through escrow.
