When the tories stop handwaving away all of the deaths they are causing and doubling down on the policies causing them you will stop hearing the same "tired bullshit"

Your comment makes it seem like your more bothered about being called out for it than the actual deaths going on, there was a report recently claiming hundreds of thousands of deaths linked to austerity so can you really say you don't feel a little bad about what that government has done and maybe that vote could've been given to a party with a conscience
