I should say that this is my own view.

You will see the red flags the moment you meet the guy in charge. Although this might look like a new program, it isn't 100% new. This used to be called TheCernters of Family or something a few years back.

The program won't carry you forward much. The reason is it is merely opened to get pharmacists involved without hiring pharmacists. Just take a look at decent programs (medical or pharmacy) and see if 48 spots makes any sense. This is actually a brilliant idea, get residents to do a pharmacist job ! I hope this is not the case, but I just can't find another reason. Also, knowing the mindset of the guy who runs the program, he strikes me as someone who would be far more interested in business than your development!

I hope you find a better career prospect not to be limited to this option! If you do choose to interview, make decisions based on your judgement of the place. People change, rapidly!
