Wood and fabric (or maybe Japanese paper, can’t see that well based on that image) wouldn’t be a good mix with the heat generated by the console. That is assuming if it’s real wood and not plastic.

They wouldn’t be able to be mass produce it cause that would require a complete set of new molds for all the extra parts. If u know anything about plastic molds... they are giant ass metal blocks that weight tons. I find it hard to believe Sony would spend that money on a 3rd party game specially considering they already have a samurai game in the makings.

No doubt this is a beautiful custom made console. But like most of the awesome custom made controllers and modded systems I see out there, I’m sure there is little research on durability, drop tests, security, etc.
