I went through Central Refrigerated program years ago. I was luckier than most my cousin was an owner operator with them, so basically my best friend was my driver trainer. If you go the company sponsered route make sure your shit is together. If you wear glasses make sure your prescription is current dont fail that test dont go with high blood pressure any medical conditions heart, diabetes anything have a note from your dr. Saying you are good to go. If they ask if you ever drink say no never. If you say yes they ask how much and you say a couple of beers a night they say your an alcoholic and they send you home. You dont want to spend a couple of days on a bus and then they send you home. In my group I saw at least 4 people get sent home
