Oh don't get me wrong, China and Brazil are awful to deal with. Brazil arguably worse (all logistics companies need to weigh beforehand since Brazil loves finding "weight discrepancies" from AWB to gross weight they do as freight clears their customs.

But still, I know I could set up a shipment to Brazil in a day versus to Africa who has limited carriers and terrible forms to get cleared. Every time I would see something that needed to be went to Lagos or Port Harcourt, I'd immediately think, "Well here goes a week of emails and annoyances" (lol)

And good on you for getting out, logistics only gets more obnoxious with every regulation that is passed. Would not recommend to anyone who doesn't have a high tolerance for stress and idiocy
