OK folks. This is some interesting factual stuff I have found. You know that there really is no trace of Teresa Halbach in Avery's Trailer or his Garage right? Well, but, they did find that bullet that had Teresa Halbach DNA on it right? Wrong! When testing for DNA there are controls put into place to insure that the test is done correctly and they are usually of the negative and positive variety the positive control will have a known substance or quantity that will produce a result that falls within a specific range and the negative control will produce not result (a Zero, nothing detected, ETC.) so, in order to produce results that can be labeled "Scientifically valid" the test must contain controls. if something comes up in the negative control, it is an invalid test. AN INVALID TEST So out the window that bullet with DNA goes... Oh and the Avery's Blood that was found in Teresa Halbachs car? Defense says it's planted from the Vile of Avery's blood from 1985 right? we get to witness that the sealed Package in Evidence is ripped open only to be "scotch taped shut" and a pinhole the size of a Needle is in the top of the Vile. Caught red handed correct? Nah... well do a test that proves there was not EDTA in the blood recovered from Teresa Halbach vehicle thus it's not the blood from the vile! Wrong... I have found a sentient who proves there is no way that the test they did are even ethical and defiantly do not prove that the blood in question has no EDTA and wasn't from the vile. Out the door the blood goes... so like the documents read, Pretend that Teresa Halbach DNA is not on the bullet and it is just a fired bullet and pretend that the Blood found in Teresa Halbach Vehicle is not proven to have been planted and came from the obvious vile of blood with the pinhole in it.. see for yourself..... https://twitter.com/jimlistif/status/688806540678070272
