meh, I'm not one of the women that has a problem with it, it can be used in a derogatory way but incels all over r/redpill r/mgtow use "women" all the time and say some heinous shit so its not the word with this and I mark that on too many gov forms and applications to be giving it such power and its inclusive to me, too often people use "women" like young girls and teens aren't out there having sex and there are messages directed at "women" that should be directed at all ages

its amazing we'll call each other bitches and hoes and be up in arms against this word, I've already argued this on 2x and its not a problem to me, downvote at will

People want to fight over bs I remember a center I went to randomly said you can't say black when referring to people "it is African American" meanwhile white people aren't referred to as European americans I and many black people in the u.s. are not from and have never been to Africa, and there actual African americans but it was a center run by a bunch of white women who I have come to understand are ignorant as fuck and don't know what they're talking about. At this point of seeing so much white feminism I wouldn't even say they were well intentioned because when I started becoming successful they resented it and it was apparent internally they had low opinions of black women/black people and did not expect me to succeed and did not view me as or want to be equal to them in any manner. Another thing about "female" is it is used a lot amongst black people. Its like when twerking was a black thing it was demonized and villified then miley twerked and now its cute and fun and okay. It just seems like part of it may stem from racism because seriously its on all our government forms you mark that shit everywhere. There has been no historical usage or precedent set where the word has been used strategical to demean, oppress, or hurt women. Another thing is the whole usage of "women" conveys white womanhood, small women, feminine women. It doesn't conjure up images of dykes, androgynous, etc the way "female" conjures up any entity with a vagina even though its not as pretty but dang this has gotten long
